1. Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every candle, soap bar, bath soak, and wellness item is handcrafted by me in small batches in Ontario. This ensures freshness, quality, and consistent attention to detail.


2. What ingredients do you use?

We use clean, skin-friendly ingredients such as soy wax, natural clays, botanical powders, essential oils, and gentle fragrances. All ingredients are listed on each product page.


3. Do your products contain artificial dyes or harsh chemicals?

No. We keep our formulas simple and clean. Any colours come from skin-safe mica or natural botanical powders.


4. How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take 1–2 extra days.

Shipping timelines for Canada Post vary based on location.


5. Do you offer local pickup?

If you would like to pick up your order in Peterborough/Toronto (your choice), contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability.


6. Can I customize a gift box?

Yes. If you want to build your own gift box or swap an item, email us or use the contact form. We accommodate custom requests whenever possible.


7. Do you include receipts in gift boxes?

No. All orders are packaged gift-ready and do not include printed receipts, prices, or invoices.


8. What if I have allergies or skin sensitivities?

Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing.
We recommend a patch test prior to first use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.


9. Do you accept returns?

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

10. My product arrived damaged — what should I do?

Email us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the damage

We will replace the item or offer a refund/store credit.


11. Do the products look exactly like the photos?

Because everything is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or weight are normal. Each piece is unique but always made with the same care and formula.


12. Do you ship to the USA?

Yes. Shipping rates will appear at checkout.


13. Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?

Yes. We offer custom wellness boxes for events, corporate gifting, and special occasions.
