Refund Policy

At Astriya Gifting Co., every item is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, or weight are normal and part of the natural crafting process. Photos are a close representation, but variations may occur.


Returns (Unused Items Only)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).

To qualify:

-Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

-Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

-Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping is non-refundable)

After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please package all returns securely to prevent damage in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

-your order number

-a clear photo of the issue

We will replace the item, issue a refund, or provide store credit depending on the situation.


Gifts

If you received an item as a gift (and it was marked as a gift at checkout), you may return it for a store credit equal to the product value.
The credit will be issued once the returned item is received.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after processing, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or card provider

  3. If still unresolved, email us at astriyagiftingco@gmail.com

Shipping Costs for Returns

Before sending a return, please email us at astriyagiftingco@gmail.com with your reason for return.

Customers are responsible for:

-return shipping costs

-ensuring the package is trackable

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable:

-custom gift boxes

-personalized items

-limited-edition or seasonal items

-sale items

-products purchased in bundles

-used or opened items 

-digital downloads


Allergies & Patch Testing

All product pages include a full ingredient list.
If you have known sensitivities, please review ingredients before purchasing.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use:

-Apply a small amount of product to a clean area on the inner arm

-Leave on for 12 hours

-If irritation occurs, wash the area immediately and discontinue use
